This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life!! My hair is ruined! I know that you have to sign a waiver because they are students, but I also THOUGHT the supervisors would be there to check on things regularly. This was certainly not the case!! My hair is totally ruined and I would never recommend this place to anyone! It will cost me a lot more money than I saved by going here to ever get my hair damage fixed. It will probably have to grow out to really ever be fixed. If you have to go there, don't see anyone but a senior student, and even then, it's a real risk! I don't feel like they are on the side of the consumer at all there, but out to make all the money they can.
