I have been going to Aveda for every haircut I've gotten over the last 2 and 1/2 years. I have never had a bad experience. I have heard of some people say that it is "hit or miss", but the only reason I could imagine they might think that is if they weren't specific or clear with their requests. I believe that all of the students are great. They are so eager to learn and want to do a good job. Styling hair is what they enjoy and are attending school in order to perfect. I have also received a pedicure from Aveda, which was another good experience. I was very impressed by the students willingness and attentiveness in all aspects of spa thearpy (I know I wouldn't want to mess with my own feet, haha).
Pros: Affordable, Enthusiastic Staff
Cons: None that I've ever experienced
