Review content:
I am an ex-employee of Fawn Feather Salon & Spa. I worked there for about a month and left because I never got paid. Employees were directed to not schedule any groupons or vouchers for months so we could save appointment times for "cash paying clients". I had a huge problem with this as I believe people "paid cash" for their vouchers, which were offered by the business to begin with! The entire business was completely unorganized and Kevin Naylor, the owner during my employment, conducts terrible business and rarely pays his employees. During my short employment there, a number of previous employees either called or physically came into the store to ask for money they were owed. They left empty handed as well. I have no idea how a business owner sleeps at night knowing he is getting free labor by hard-working people. I feel really bad for everyone who purchased any kind of vouchers for this business or worked here as I am confident you will never get your services and we will never get our paychecks.
