Poorly run businesses are everywhere. When a company's operations are founded on high standards and integrity, when a company employees a knowledgeable and courteous staff, and when a company demonstrates a consistent appreciation for their customers, it shows. FawnFeather does not even deserve one star because it is not that type of company. Enough said. more

I am an ex-employee of Fawn Feather Salon & Spa. I worked there for about a month and left because I never got paid. Employees were directed to not schedule any groupons or vouchers for months so we could save appointment times for "cash paying clients". I had a huge problem with this as I believe people "paid cash" for their vouchers, which were offered by the business to begin with! The entire business was completely unorganized and Kevin Naylor, the owner during my employment, conducts terrible business and rarely pays his employees. During my short employment there, a number of previous employees either called or physically came into the store to ask for money they were owed. They left empty handed as well. I have no idea how a business owner sleeps at night knowing he is getting free labor by hard-working people. I feel really bad for everyone who purchased any kind of vouchers for this business or worked here as I am confident you will never get your services and we will never get our paychecks. more

We live in Germany and spent the day at Fawn Feather getting pampered while on vacation. Best mani and pedi ever--thanks PAM!! Shelby's hair is still getting compliments. Keep up the great work. more

The place is FABULOUS! Gretta is a GENIOUS with eyelashes. I got them put on and they were SO natural and perfect NOONE has thought they were anything but real! My husband LOVES to go get pampered there. All the staff are so friendly and very professional. My teenage daughter is already making plans for prom to have her day there!! Yikes! :0) more

I had a manicure and pedicure (french) that was beautiful and long lasting. I also had my eyebrows done and thought they looked great. I would definitely go again. more

I was given a multi-service package as a gift. The day began with the most wonderful, relaxing, amazing massage I've ever experienced. Jamie is a master at it. After the massage I enjoyed lunch from Luiginos served to me in the relaxation room, followed by a mud wrap, vichi shower and finally a facial. What a day. I left feeling better than I have for a very long time, the results are amazing. I'll go back. more
