I've been a customer ever since they opened up shop in Downey, CA about a year ago. I heard they used to be in Paramount for many years and had relocated to Downey due to an expansion. I'm glad they came into my town because I don't think I would have discovered them if they hadn't moved from Paramount to Downey.
Shawn and Brian are the two main people running the shop. I always call before I come just to make sure they can service my car and there was only one incidence where they told me they could not take in my car because they had a lot of other cars they needed to service, so I brought it in the next day. Overall, my experience with SB Auto has been positive. They do get a little busy at times but I think that's because everyone else also thinks they're honest and like having their car serviced here. They also have directv here so I don't mind hanging out in the waiting room while my car is getting worked on. I trust them so much I have even referred my boss to come here.
