Review content:
We were leaving to go out for the evening and the garage door fell off track. I immediatley call Precision door service because they had helped before. The man on the phone said the earliest would be Saturday am between 10-12 and recommended leaving the door open which was the most unprofessional words of advise I ever heard after I told him got 3 kids and wife and 3 dogs in the home, I searched and found D & G and spoke with Jen! She walked me through some steps not only to save the service call but to help in the time of need. My son and I eventually got the door on the track and thanks to Jen we not only saved who knows how much dough but prolly saved my weekend!! I would recommend these people for ever! JEN IS A LIFE SAVER!! THANKS THE GOLDSTEINS!!
