D & G Garage Door Service LLC

We were leaving to go out for the evening and the garage door fell off track. I immediatley call Precision door service because they had helped before. The man on the phone said the earliest would be Saturday am between 10-12 and recommended leaving the door open which was the most unprofessional words of advise I ever heard after I told him got 3 kids and wife and 3 dogs in the home, I searched and found D & G and spoke with Jen! She walked me through some steps not only to save the service call but to help in the time of need. My son and I eventually got the door on the track and thanks to Jen we not only saved who knows how much dough but prolly saved my weekend!! I would recommend these people for ever! D&G Garage Door Service is a great company! I've been using them for about three years now. They are always very responsive and can figure out a way to repair things. I'm a Real Estate Agent, and I have used them to replace springs and rollers and to reprogram controls and remotes, and for general repair. They can do everything. If you need something replaced, they can do it for you. I really appreciate that they are honest and don't try to stick it to you like other companies might! more

The gentleman from D&G Garage Door Service who came to my home was a delight. He was so nice and courteous, and did a good job. This was my second or third time using them. My house was built in the early 80's, and the doors weigh 200lbs. each, so I expect to need them serviced more often than newer doors. I trust whatever D&G needs to do to keep me up and running. This time around, my garage door was opening of its own volition. A cable had slipped its housing, and was hanging down, unattached. The serviceman came and checked everything out, and let me know that I didn't need new springs. He put down some silicon, and reattached the cable, and now everything is working just fine. I would recommend D&G to anyone, and I have many times. They resolve all my issues, and I'm a satisfied customer. They serviceman arrives when he says he will, and even brings his own bottled water. They take care of everything. more
