I have been a SAMs member for years and customer service has drastically deteriorated at this location during the last six months. I'm considering switching to Costco - employees act like they don't care and the supervisors (if you can find one) are as bad or worse and don't even think about getting help loading your purcahses! Last three times I couldn't get help loading a fifty pound bag of dog food - I had to rely on help from a good samaritan. I have had pleasant experience in the pharmacy (accolades to these folks) but couldn't get anyone in optical to even answer the phone during my three attempts. (Needless to say I got my exam/glasses elsewhere.)
