Considering the circumstances of the day, Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air truly exceeded my expectations. It was early Sunday morning and it was Father's Day and we had a water leak. They were the worse conditions you could have on a weekend with getting a company to come out for repairs.
I called two other companies, who were supposedly equal to to Dipple as far as price and work went. They all advertised 24 hour service, but only Dipple Plumbing immediately picked up. The Secretary was very good as far as taking the information and giving me a 15-20 minute time frame of when the tech would be calling me. The service tech called me within the time frame given and told me he was about an hour out, but would be here shortly. He arrived within the time he'd given me, analyzed the site and made a game plan. He executed the plan quickly and efficiently and by 3:30 that afternoon we were in the dry. The job was very satisfactorily done.
I have used them twice before and both times were good, however in this situation, considering it was the weekend, on Father's Day, I felt they exceeded my expectations. They had people on call with attitudes that they were there to perform a service, so as far as their customer service went, they were outstanding. They advertise that they are available 24 hours a day, and they really lived up to it.
