I have a rental house. It was a Saturday afternoon and the lady called to say that her "john" was overflowing. It led to two other problems. To get started, I called Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air and within an hour and a half they came over! I had called a couple of other people and they said they didn't know if they could come today. There was a lot of ambiguity about servicing today. I had seen Dipple Plumbing on TV so I decided to try them out. They are efficient, courteous, and were on time! Cost-wise, it was probably on par with other people. I wasn't outraged but it wasn't low as I thought it would be. I liked Dipple Plumbing because of their overall quality and being on time!
