This was an extremely good experience. We had to gut the entire house and have it reconfigured, so we sat down with Kelly and discussed everything that needed done. We did a bid proposal, got started, and every week, either Monday or Wednesday, we would go over what was to be done and how much it would cost. We did a walk through every week and he actually made me an 8 1/2 x 11 binder with all the information. He did every single thing on the bid proposal as well as whatever changes we added after work began. And, they did a wonderful job.
Ironwood Custom Builders are very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Kelly was always available. Anytime I needed to contact him, he was easy to get a hold of. I can really trust Kelly. And, the house just looks wonderful.
