Koko is a great option for those that dont really know what they SHOULD be doing in the gym to get the best results. You pick the program that you want (strength, weight loss, flexibility, etc) and once it is loaded to the key you are able to follow along and it selects weight that is appropriate for your strength (that it determined from your initial strength test). It is ideal for all schedule types because there is a 24 our key so that you can go whenever is convenient for you. It can take as little as 30 min or you can stay as long as you want. It is so nice to have someone there all the time "telling" you how to do it, keeping you on pace, and pushing you to excel. Every 12 sessions you are given a strength test and then you next exercises are adjust according to your results. I have had a "gym" membership at fitness clubs many times, and have never been faithful about going because I get in there and have no idea what I am supposed to be doing to get results or not injure myself, and couldn't ever afford the personal trainers... with Koko I get a trainer every time and get explanations on exactly how to do the exercise. So worth it :)
