Review content:
I do not want to worry too much about which exercise, what weight, how many reps and don't have too much time to spend in the gym and I find that koko works well for me. the weight training program is designed for you based on your strength and your goal (weight loss, muscle gain, diabetes Control etc). Each session lasts 30 minutes (give or take) and the program is adjusted automatically every 12 sessions or so based on progress made. The display gives you feedback on form as you exercise.
They have a number of 15 minute cardio programs (three levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. The advance can be quite intense).
One can be in and out of the gym in 30 mins to 45 mins.
