Review content:
Leo and his entire staff at Redmond Transmission are extremely professional and very honest. I travel quite a distance to get to them, and in the 6 or 7 years I have used them, I have never regretted it.
When you ask him to do a job, he will not fulfill the commitment just for the money but in the best interest of the customer. If I am putting too much money into a car that is not worth it, he will tell me, even though it means that he will lose those jobs.
They really are a great group of gentlemen. As a woman going into an all-men surrounding, I have never heard anything disrespectful out of any of them. Except, of course, that Leo is a Cowboys fan. They are genuine and fair; there is nothing negative I can say about them.
It is hard to find small businesses with customer-first service constantly. Leo's integrity is extremely present in everything he does, and we are very appreciative of his classic service.
