I'm not entirely sure when the other reviewers have gone to this laundromat, but I will assure you that it has the worst customer service. In the years that I have gone here, there was NO coffee, the place was NOT clean, it is as hot as an oven during summer days due to the poor air ventilation and circulation, and the bathroom does not have paper towel (good luck using that wet rag that is used to clean everything in the bathroom).
Additionally, the employee will also yell at you and say the meanest things to customers. When you ask a question or for help, you will be given scathing remarks and will eventually feel as though you're being disciplined like a 4-year-old. I'm taking my business elsewhere. There is a Sudsville Laundry location on Route 40 going towards Baltimore City. I recommend you go there instead.
