Total Laundry Center

I'm not entirely sure when the other reviewers have gone to this laundromat, but I will assure you that it has the worst customer service. In the years that I have gone here, there was NO coffee, the place was NOT clean, it is as hot as an oven during summer days due to the poor air ventilation and circulation, and the bathroom does not have paper towel (good luck using that wet rag that is used to clean everything in the bathroom). Additionally, the employee will also yell at you and say the meanest things to customers. When you ask a question or for help, you will be given scathing remarks and will eventually feel as though you're being disciplined like a 4-year-old. I'm taking my business elsewhere. There is a Sudsville Laundry location on Route 40 going towards Baltimore City. I recommend you go there instead. more

I have visited Total Laundry Center at least 3 or four different times over the last two years and each and every time I step foot inside it is a pleasure to do so. Mr. Wong is amazingly friendly and he will even give a lolipop to an adult if you ask nicley!! The machines are well maintained and priced fairly. The location is well lit, and the free coffee is a great added bonus. If i had to go to a laundrymat in the Halethorpe Maryland area without a doubt it would be Mr. Wong's Total Laundry Center!! more

One of the things in life that has to be done, laundry and dry cleaning. Finding a safe and clean place to do it if you can't do it at home is great. Shortly after moving to this small town, I checked out the Total Laundry Center on Westland Blvd (near the Rite Aid). The center and machines were clean and wll maintained, and there are plenty of baskets, folding tables, and even a waiting area with a snack machine and free coffee. Sit down with a magazine or the newspaper while your laundry takes a spin and you can relax knowing your in a clean and safe environment. Mr. Wong will find empty machines for you and has even taken out laundry that was abandoned to make sure we could get ours done. They offer drycleaning and "We Wash It" service as well, where you can drop off your dirty clothes and pick them up nice and clean. We no longer use the laundromat, but stop in from time to time to visit with the staff. Oh, and the kids will love the lollipops Mr. Wong keeps behind the counter! more
