Review content:
We have been going to the Shack since the old owner took it back over. We going sometime 3 times a week, because my partner could set outside in the smoking section and have a small cigar and relax. Our last visit, after ordering our meal and drink, we were told one person complained, so we could not smoke any more even thought it was a smoking section outside. We know the peope who complained, and they complain about everything. Instead of the owner son, who does not even know us, sent the waitress, and his mom to tell us instead of himself. The waitress were all upset about it, and did not know what to say. We paid for our meal that we did not eat, and went to Matts in Melbourne, where we can set and have a drink, and he can smoke his cigar. If there was a problem, he should have come out himself like a man and talked with us. Instead of taking our orders, and then telling us, they should have told us at the beginning.
