Review content:
Ed's Auto Service is great. I am not completely objective, because I grew up right next to the shop. My family has used him forever. My parents bring their vehicles to him, and I bring him my vehicle and the company's vehicles whenever there is an issue.
Bill is always completely clear. He provides whatever information I need regarding what is wrong with the vehicles. The parts are always ready for me. Bill even takes pictures. He is the most honest mechanic I know. He won't do anything without being clear about what he is doing. Bill is also extremely concerned about the safety of the vehicles. If he doesn't feel that the vehicle is safe, he does not want to let it leave the shop.
