Review content:
This was supposed to be a girls day out filled with pampering and indulgence. Instead it was the worst day I've had in a while. Maria at the front desk was cold, abrasive, rude and completely lacking in customer service skills. The staff was young and inexperienced. I heard laughing the entire time I was receiving a massage as did my other family members. There was no "quiet room" or place to relax as you wait(just a tiny room attached to the front desk filled with noise). The atomsphere was similar to a loud beauty salon. There were no robes or slippers offered. It was get in-get out- and YOU'RE lucky to be here. That's how we all felt. Needless to say if you really want to pamper yourslef, please spend your money elsewhere...ANYWHERE ELSE!!
