I have been going to this salon and they do perform their craft with expertise but as time goes by I have never seen such unprofessionalism, rudeness and snobby staff . Yes.. they do talk about customers on the front desk and what kind of credit card you have, and what clothes you wear. Staff are snobbish instead of being helpful specially the front desk between the institute (2nd floor) and 1st floor. Pros: skills and expertise are great Cons: snobbish staff more

This was supposed to be a girls day out filled with pampering and indulgence. Instead it was the worst day I've had in a while. Maria at the front desk was cold, abrasive, rude and completely lacking in customer service skills. The staff was young and inexperienced. I heard laughing the entire time I was receiving a massage as did my other family members. There was no "quiet room" or place to relax as you wait(just a tiny room attached to the front desk filled with noise). The atomsphere was similar to a loud beauty salon. There were no robes or slippers offered. It was get in-get out- and YOU'RE lucky to be here. That's how we all felt. My husband and I went to the spa for some pampering before a big event. My husband had never been to a spa before and was skeptical about whether he would like it. He had a "body and sole" massage, facial and a manicure. He left refreshed and relaxed and said he could have laid there all day! I had a facial, updo and makeup. My expereince was great. The facial was the best I have had in years. My skin looks great! The updo was nice but the service was incredible. The makeup came out very tasteful and flattering - and held up though a night of dancing. My hair looked great the next day too. We will be back! Pros: skill, service, atmosphere more

For a color and cut, there is none better. As you wait in a wonderfully windowed color room, a woman comes in to give you an aroma hand massage. The incredible hands that wash your head put you into a relaxing daze. The massages and facials, oh my god. Make a day of it at least once a month, it takes away the pms. more
