I have had 3 professional moves prior to this one and this by far is the worse company I have ever used. They did not finish the job and worse of all they stole an IPod touch from my house. But I can go one better, when I tried to talk to someone to resolve the issue they don't even want to acknowledge that they didn't do a fair job. I first talk to someone who act like he didn't know anything and he was "just a mover that they put in the office" but then later find out they he is the one that is trying to resolve the issue for me. This company is by far the worse and I would suggest to other be careful and think twice before you hire them. Watch over them carefully as they move your belongings and keep them on track with the time and cost. If you can find another company go with them, it is not worth the headache.

Sorry that you was not happy with the move. We would have moved more if you wanted the company to do so. But you did tell us that we had everything that was going as we did the final walk through. At the same time as the walk through you asked me about your Ipod and I personally showed you the Ipod that was on your dresser that I put in the box next to the crib, you said "good". You also checked our truck and your belongings before we left so you could sign the paper work showing the job was done and that you paid.
Once again I am sorry that you are not happy but you said we did all that you wanted us to do!
