Please make sure you research this attorney's past reviews on the internet and in the legal community. Mr. Frain has many issues of misleading the court and manipulating and intimidating others through anger to achieve his end. Numerous women and men have been victimized by this attorney and he does not care that he hurts children in custody cases. He should not be a family law attorney (or an attorney at all for that matter) and a formal investigation of his questionable practices was conducted by the Massachusetts lawyer licensing office. Buyer beware on this lawyer.
