The service at Hayward Auto Care has been very professional. What I like is that they explain everything that is going to be done to your vehicle. I have been using them for about a year.
I initially went there because I was considering selling my car and getting a new one. I have an older car that is getting up there in mileage, but Ken asked me why I would need a new car note when we could just do some maintenance and keep my car.
We got my car on a schedule to get all the work done and did it over the course of 6 months. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, and other major and minor services. The quality is outstanding. I have never taken my car back for anything.
I have referred several family members to Ken at Hayward Auto Care, and they have all been satisfied. He does dealer quality work without the dealer prices.
