I've always gone to my chrysler dealership close to my area but have alway felt I was being ripped a new one if you know what I mean. I was in a predicament where my upper radaitor hose burst which lefted me standed in Hayward, this momment I began weighting the pros & cons. Do I want to loose a arm and a leg at the chrysler dealer not even a question. The following day I google Hayward Auto Repair and the first shop that came up was ken's "HAYWARD AUTO CARE" I called and spoke to Ken, great over the phone conversation. After speaking to ken I felt reasured that everything was going to be ok. I got my car over to ken shop that very same day where I experience excellent customer service from start to finish. Great work my car runs great its like new.
