Hayward Auto Care has some very nice people. They are very concerned about your problems. They really listen to what the problem is, and they really explained it all to me. They explained what I had to do after I didn't pass my smog test, and the diagnostics they would have to run. They called and told me what was wrong, what needed to happen after they checked it out, and how much it was going to cost. They were really informative. They're really nice people who were genuinely concerned about making my vehicle safe.
