Hayward Auto Care was recommended by a friend of mine and I have used them about 10 times now. They have done regular scheduled maintenance for me and also serviced my transmission.
Everything has been fine, but recently I found out that they had forgotten to use synthetic oil after they flushed my engine. I had told them I wanted to use synthetic and thought that was what they were using, but it turned out they had been using regular oil. There were no records documenting any of this.
Other than the oil issue, I have not had any problems with Hayward Auto Care. Their service is good and I would recommend them.
