Eastside Auto Care incorrectly diagnosed, in my opinion, the problem with my vehicle. After I spoke to them for awhile, I was uncomfortable and took my vehicle to another repair agency. That shop tried to duplicate Eastside's diagnostic test and was unable to. They weren't able to find what needed repairing for $3000-$7000. I just got the feeling when I was there, that even after they suggested the amount of money to fix my vehicle, that they weren't really going to solve the problem which turned out to be an over-heating problem.

Dear David,I am very sorry that we could not at the time of service duplicate or prove that the vehicle had a overheat problem or a cylinder head gasket problem. We value each and everyone of our customers and if you feel unsatisfied with the work that was done or the diagnostic procedure that we performed that in turn did not prove a problem with the vehicle, please call me and we will discuss this matter further in a attempt to satisfy your concerns.
