I like it when people are direct and to the point. I had an issue with my vehicle, and when I brought it to Dave at Eastside Auto Care he just asked me two questions. We walked out to the car, he showed me something, and sure enough, that was it. That was my first time using them, and whenever I have an opportunity to recommend them to people in the area, I do.
What really struck me was the level of world-class service they provided. They made me feel at home. No question was taboo, and I didn't feel bad asking any questions. He is always willing to explain things clearly in layman's terms without making the listener feel stupid. He states clearly the problem and the cost of the repair. It is fantastic service.
