Review content:
We have been solid customers of Eastside Auto Care for about 2 years now. We have 3 personal vehicles and 1 company car, a Volvo, Toyota pickup, Corvette and a Toyota SUV, and they work on all of them for us.
They always go beyond and do a little extra for us. Like when I got an oil change and my taillight was out, they went ahead and fixed the taillight for me and didn't charge me for it. When I asked them about it, they said "that's a courtesy" and they told me I shouldn't go anywhere they'd charge me for doing that. We gave our son our truck for his birthday, and I took it in for service beforehand and they wrote "good for a free oil change" on a business card for my son. I just thought that was so considerate of them and that's just how they are.
They are very accommodating and always try to fit you in when they can. They are honest, whenever I go in there, they only fix what needs to be fixed. If it's something that can safely wait, they let me know that we can wait and see on it. I never feel like they take advantage of me at all. We highly recommend them to anybody!
