Review content:
We first went to Mike many years ago when was a mechanic for someone else. The federal catalytic converter malfucntioned in one of our vehicles and none of the repair shops we went to could figure it out. Mike was the only one to identify and fix the problem, and we have been using him ever since.
We have been with Mike for as long as he has been at Hans Auto Repair, and he is unbelievable. He is incredibly neat and clean. His place has no oil spots or drips. Both he and Tracy are very good at what they do. We are very impressed with them.
Mike can figure anything out. We have Volvos and Mike has always been able to find the problem and fix it. And, no matter how busy he may be, he never seems rushed. He always takes his time to talk to you about what the problem is or what you need to keep an eye on. And Tracy is very knowledgeable as well. They will both take time to explain things. We won't go anywhere else.
