Review content:
We have two different vehicles, two that we have sent through their repair facility for various repairs. Fox Service Center has really been able to work with us. In one of the cars, they installed a new transmission. They really went above and beyond in calling repair yards and negotiating the best price for us to get us a great deal.
In our other instance with them, they were willing to take us back into the facility to show my husband exactly what needed to be replaced. He was concerned that they were just tacking on a list of repairs, and they showed us exactly what the problem was and the part that needed to be replaced.
After we left, my husband said he didn't feel like the long list of repairs was such a bad thing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as customers and provided excellent customer service.
