I use Fox Service Center all the time. I send my friends and relatives there that are looking for a good garage that does an honest job. They've done transmission, front end work, flush radiators--anything from minor to major work. I trust them with any repair I can't or don't have time to do. more

Honest and reliable service 3/25/2014

I've been going to Fox Service Center for over 10 years. They've done general maintenance and major repairs as needed. I'm satisfied with the explanations they provide before they do the service and the results after the work is done. They're a mom and pop shop, so they're a traditional auto repair shop that's not looking to gouge you. more

Very satisfied 7/5/2013

They did a great job! It's an old car, about 30 years old and it needed a lot of work to get it ready. They were a little rude about the car. They complained about smell. I cleaned it out the best I could and the work got done. It was a little expensive, but they did a great job. I'm a happy camper. Everything seems to be working well. more

I've been using Fox Service for about 7 years now. I take all my vehicles to them. All the times they've fixed my cars they did good, and they've stayed fixed in that area. more

I've been using Fox Service Center for the past couple of years. They've done maintenance services and oils changes. Recently they replaced some headlights. I trust them and their work. They're honest, and that is definitely a quality I want my auto mechanic to have. more

Completely satisfied with their excellent repair facility. 7/3/2012

We have two different vehicles, two that we have sent through their repair facility for various repairs. Fox Service Center has really been able to work with us. In one of the cars, they installed a new transmission. They really went above and beyond in calling repair yards and negotiating the best price for us to get us a great deal. In our other instance with them, they were willing to take us back into the facility to show my husband exactly what needed to be replaced. He was concerned that they were just tacking on a list of repairs, and they showed us exactly what the problem was and the part that needed to be replaced. After we left, my husband said he didn't feel like the long list of repairs was such a bad thing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as customers and provided excellent customer service. more

5+! Good technicians. Honest and professional. 6/21/2012

Fox Service Center is excellent. I've been going to them for years. The owner Ken is great. And there's one technician named Dennis who is really outstanding. I'm a teacher at one of the community colleges and I teach air craft maintenance. Dennis doesn't know air craft maintenance, but he is smart, much smarter than me! He knows his automobiles. They are honest and I have so much respect for them. It's like when you find a good plumber, you stick with them. Well, I won't go to anybody else. more

Fox Service Center gave me the best suggestion when I asked them. Overall, they have an amazing quality of service. I stayed at the office the whole time and they did not mind. They not only handle running an excellent business they also take care of the customer's in a great manor. They listen to you first and if needed they can find and fix the problem. Robert Marez more

I would recommend Fox service without hesitation to anyone. 1/10/2012

I started taking my 1988 Chev. Suburban & 2004 Kia Amanti to Fox service about 2 years ago after having bad experiences with the local Fullerton Chev./Kia dealer. I have never been disapointed after a service visit. They do not try to sell a part or service that is not neccessary, in fact they will tell you if it is not needed. I will continue to do business with Fox Service Center for the forseeable future. J. E. Miller more

I think Fox Service Center is excellent, and that's why I keep coming back. They're my main mechanics, and they're pretty helpful. If I want to learn certain things about my car and what goes wrong with it, they will show it to me. more

I'm very pleased with Fox Service Center. I would recommend them to anyone. They do their work, they explain what's wrong very thoroughly, what the problems are, and the reasons for doing what they need to do. On occasion, they have even driven me home when my daughter was unable to pick me up, so that was very nice of them to give me a ride home. It has been a very positive experience. more

Fox Service Center is the only place I take my cars. I went to them for the first time about ten years ago, and have been going back ever since. I know the guys there, and they know my cars. I never have any problems with the work they do. more

I definitely would recommend Fox Service Center. They were just super helpful in determining the cause of the problem I had with my car at the time. They came up with a really good solution, they were good on the price, and they had very fast service. John Boyce more

We've been loyal customers of Fox Service Center for about twenty-five years now. When we moved to this area, we asked around for a good car place. We kept hearing about Fox Service Center. We went in to check it out and to meet the owner, Eddie, and we've been going back ever since. Eddie's just a really great, positive guy. Fox provides excellent service. Absolutely the best place to bring your car for service. 12/30/2010

We have been bringing our cars to Fox Service Center for close to 5 years now. They have been very helpful. They are able to diagnose problems in a quick manner and they stay in touch with their customers. Also, they are very cost effective. They will not do more repairs than they feel are necessary. And, the quality of the work is excellent. They are just a nice, friendly service shop. You do not feel like another number when you go there. They are awesome at dealing with their customers'issues. more

Great place to take your cars. 12/10/2010

I have 3 cars, and I was going to the dealer. I stopped taking my cars to the dealer and started going to Fox Service Center because they don't seem to take their customers for a ride like the dealer does. They also don't charge me for things I don't actually need to be done. I have been using Fox Service Center for about a year and a half. The quality is great. They are very trustworthy. Especially as a woman, and as someone who doesn't know too much about cars, I feel that I am not taken advantage of. more

They are honest and treat their customers fairly. 11/22/2010

I have used Fox Service Center many, many times, and they do a good job for me. They have rebuilt the engine on my truck. My mother-in-law took her Suburban someplace else, and they told her she needed a new motor. I decided to take it to Fox, and they only charged $200 to fix what was actually wrong with it. To me, they are honest, and they treat their customers fairly. That is why I go there, and why I have gone there for 5 or 6 years. My nephew just drove down from Oregon, and his car has been bad. We put it in at Fox's, and now it is being fixed. I would recommend them to anybody who lives in my area or anybody close enough to get to them. I send them all to Fox Service Center. more
