One Call Roofing did an excellent job! From the time that I found out that I needed to get this done, Steve helped me walk through the insurance process. He made it as painless as possible. He got the options together, got the colors that I needed to pick out, and he prepared me for what could have happened when we pulled off this roof. He told me what I could expected, maybe some rotting wood for instance. He didn't hide anything. There were no hidden fees or anything.
The roof went on all in one day. The cleanup was superb, and there was no hassle. The insurance company wrote him a check, and I wrote him a check. I don't know why, but there was one shingle that came up on the roof. Steve stopped, sent someone out, and there were no issues.
