A customer of mine had a gas leak in a part of his house i couldnt get to, we called one call roofing and they were there fast and exposed the area for me and i was able to repair the gas line and they replaced the area of the work , super people to work with and i couldnt be more pleased , i definitly will put them on my phone for future use, honest people , honest workers and they clean up better than anyone i have had to do work for me ,. five star service at its best ! more

One Call made the difference! 2/6/2014

I had a leak in my roof, so I called One Call Roofing to come and check it out. They went up there and discovered I had some storm damage. I called my insurance company, and they sent out another company to assess the damage. The other company said there wasn't any storm damage, so I wouldn't get the claim. One Call encouraged me to get a second opinion. I called back my insurance provider and told them about the difference opinion. They sent out a roofing expert to check out the roof, and the expert agreed with One Call's assessment. He found a fair amount of storm damage, so the claim ended up paying for about half the cost of the work that needed to be done. One Call's advice was really helpful! Then when they put the roof on, they got there quickly and got the job done. They cleaned up well, and I'm very satisfied with the experience. more

One Call Roofing put a roof on my house and what I liked was that they were very responsive and also did exactly what they said they would do and more. They did a great job of putting the roof on my house, with the clean up afterwards, and they did a very thorough follow up with me. more

Fair 2/3/2014

One Call Roofing was a little late and they left people out here to do the work but I was unable to communicate with them because I didn't speak their language. They left no person on the job site to enable me to communicate with anybody so that was my biggest complaint--there was no proper management on the job. more

Quick service and a good job. 8/14/2013

It was raining and my roof was leaking so I needed someone out as soon as possible. I picked One Call Roofing from a Google search.They were able to come out fairly quickly. They fixed my roof for what I believe was a fair price. Actually, my roof hasn't leaked since. No more wet floors or carpets! more

Overall it's been a good experience. 8/9/2013

One Call Roofing put a Hydro Stop coating on an industrial roof for me. We have had some leaks since then, but each time I've called them they've come out and addressed them. I've used them twice. They addressed issues for me in the past and repaired them. Each time I've called to address an issue on a leak they've come out in a reasonable amount of time and for the most part repaired those leaks. We had some issues with workers getting hurt on the job and they have handled that as well as they possibly can. That was the only negative that I've had with them. I would recommend them and I have recommended them to other people who have used their services as well. more

One Call Roofing put on a new asphalt tile roof for me. The process was messy, but there's no way around that. Everybody who did the work was great. The foreman was very attentive with my requests and the workers were very good. One Call came recommended from a neighbor. They did a good job and I'm happy with how it looks. more

Wonderful experience so far! 5/11/2013

We are having our roof put on in a couple of days and so far, I've been very impressed with One Call's ability to work with our narrow timeframe and willingness to get us on the schedule so quickly. They got out here about 2 hours after I called in order to give me an estimate on the spot! I know the finished work will be just as good as their service! more

Lightning fast response! 4/14/2013

I called One Call Roofing expecting a return call the next. I was contacted within 20 mins and scheduled for inspection the next. They arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and provided a fair estimate. Would recommend to others and will work with One Call again more

Steve returned our call promptly, even came out on a Saturday to see our roof leak. They were out the very next day (on a Sunday!) to do the repair work. Excellent experience, would definitely use them again. more

Excellent Job 4/11/2013

I can't be happier with their roof work. I called 6:30am, they showed up at the house around 8:00am and repaired the roof right away before the afternoon rain! I don't think I can expect anybody can be this quick to show up and repair the problem. They are the best in town! more

Wonderful service! 3/7/2013

We couldn't be happier with our experience with One Call! Swift and professional customer service, they were immediate in responding to my request for an estimate. Michael arrived to our house when it was most convenient for us, took tons of pictures of the problem areas on our roof, and went over the pictures with me while he thoroughly explained what he would do to fix it. I was very impressed with the high level of expertise and professionalism. We were quoted a very fair price for handling the job and it was we'll worth it! The crew came out first thing the next day and had the job done in one day's work. Not only did they do a superb job with the roof, they also left my carport, porch, and lawns in better condition than when they arrived! We're so glad we went with One Call and will most certainly go to them in the future and share their name with others. Never met more friendly and trustworthy contractors. Thanks so much, guys! more

Recently One Call Roofing did a job for me in a rental property. I used them because they were recommended by a friend's son-in-law. They installed a roof and everything turned out great. They cleaned the mess up themselves and everything looks good. more

One Call Roofing was great to work with. They called when they said they would call. They'd call me back immediately if I ever called them and left a message and needed them to reach me. They handled everything with the insurance company, which was really nice. Everything was done within 2 days. Everything looks great! more

Thorough and impressive company to work with. 3/28/2012

One Call Roofing did a thorough and excellent job re-roofing my house. They were very attentive to any questions I had and addressed any questions that came up. They satisfied my thoroughly. I found them in the phone book. I called about 3 companies. Out of all of them, One Call Roofing's boss assured me over the phone that they would address my concerns that same day. That really impressed me because the other companies had put me off until they found time, which didn't work for me. I would absolutely use them again if I ever need roof work done. more

The crew from One Call Roofing showed up on time. They completed the job in the time that they told me they could finish it in. They cleaned up the yard pretty good, but there were a few small things like roofing nails that they missed. more

Good company to work with! 3/26/2012

One Call Roofing were good. They communicated when they were coming and showed up on time. They did a good job while the were here. They worked with me and did everything I wanted them to do. Everything went really well and there were no issues with the job they did. The only issue I had with them was that they did not do as much as they could have done with the cleanup. They should have used the magnets more to pick up the nails on the concrete. If it took more sweeping, they should have stayed to do that. It wouldn't be good if any of their customers rolled over those nails and had their tires go down because of it! However, I haven't had any problems since and I feel very comfortable with the job they did for me. more

Professional and quick. 3/23/2012

This was my first experience with One Call Roofing. They were doing other roofs in the neighborhood and called us. They came and did an inspection and gave a recommendation. They were professional, quick and did what they said they would do. I believe I would use them again if I had to. more
