Fives across the board for Dave's Auto Service. My starter burned out a while ago, and I had to have my car towed. I had some other places take a look, and they were all too expensive. Then I found Dave's online, and I liked his reviews and the fact that he was rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.
I called, talked to Dave, had my car towed to them, and he and he just took care of business. He told me he'd check my starter and wouldn't charge if it wasn't the problem. It turned out it was, and he replaced it and even was willing to adjust some valves I asked for without additional charges. Dave's kept the costs down, was responsive, and got the car service turned around in 24 hours.
