My installation took place just hours ago but I was very impressed. We have not had a real chance, yet, to test out the water heater but it is great to have water service again. Better Water Heaters responded quickly to my water emergency and sent the right man out for the job. My first contact was with Franz (owner). Franz was very friendly, very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations after some fact gathering. Johnny (installer) was on the job quickly - within 1 1/2 hours from the time I spoke with Franz. Johnny called 15 mins before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He came prepared. He had the right water heater and all the tools necessary to get the job done. He was efficient, quick and accurate. Johnny reviewed the situation, examined the disabled water heater, made his recommendation, quoted the job and stepped back. No pressure to continue if I didn't want to but I had experienced enough positives to know that I wanted to continue. Johnny removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, cleaned up after himself, showed what had been done and presented the bill. The bill matched the estimate exactly. I am impressed and highly recommend Better Water Heaters. Am now ready to try out the new water heater. Thanks Franz & Johnny!!
