My experience with Diamond started off around November when the computer in the furnace went out. I called around to several different places, then I ended up signing up for something online, put my name out there, and they were the first company to call me back. They also ended up having the best pricing by far, with all services costing the same amount regardless when service was needed. Those were all big selling points for me.
Secondly, they showed up within the hour. I've got two kids in the house, and they are my main consideration when it's cold. Diamond was very upfront and honest about the diagnosis, from what it would cost to what it would take to get it running, the whole nine yards. They're excellent. They are officially my heating and cooling guys, and I've got nothing bad to say about them whatsoever.
