Review content:
We put a call in on Christmas Day late, late evening,our furnace had gone out. Diamond Heating and Cooling was right there to remedy our problem or we would have been frozen popsicles.
John was so helpful and very patient in talking me through the problem. We got it fixed and up-n-running in about a half hour. John, Diamond Heating and Cooling must have extensive knowledge to be able to walk me through diagnosing and then remedying the problem and all over the phone! If John is that informative, experienced over the phone, how much better would he be on-site?
I would recommend this fine company to anyone. John, who helped me was very nice and had a lot of patience in working me through my problem and all on Christmas Day (late evening). Most companies, on a day as this and as late as it was wouldn't have been so pleasant to work with. It was a pleasure to work with John--Diamond Heating and Cooling, especially under such circumstances.
We just want to thank Diamond for coming through on such short notice. Diamond kept my family warm that night!
