Review content:
Every business says that they give great customer service but few can point to an example that is truly "great". SW is one that can.
Our AC went out on a Sunday morning and because the technician heard our story he called one of the owners, who then came that same Sunday afternoon. They showed us the problem and options to have it corrected.
Two days later they were able to replace our entire AC/Heating system. That is what I refer to as truly "great" customer service. I have and will contiue to tell my story to my friends.
