We were totally devastated when my husband dropped a bottle of Asphalt sealer on our family room rug. When we tried to blot it, it behaved like ink, running to adjoining fibers.
We thought we would have to replace the entire carpet.
I remembered a friend having a similar situation a couple of years ago. I called her and asked her who she used to get the stains out. She whole-heartedly said Chem-Dry and recommended them highly.
I called (around 4:50 on Saturday afternoon). My call was answered promptly and courteously. I was told that the minimum call out charge was $99.95 and they could came the following Saturday to see if they could get the stains out.
We covered up the stains with a big towel so we didn't have to look at them, because the sight made both my husband and I upset.
We received a call couple days before their visit to identify the technician who would be working on our job and given a window when he would arrive. We were told he would call us shortly before he was to arrive.
Sure enough, Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m., Keith called to say he would be here in 15 minutes.
Keith was courteous, professional, and explained what he was going to do. Within 1/2 hour, our carpet showed no signs of stain. He was able to get every spot out.
We could not have been more grateful nor more satisfied.
A few days later, we received a follow up call to see if we were completely happy with their service. Of course, we said yes!
We would highly recommend Chem-Dry and would call them again without hesitation.
