We were totally devastated when my husband dropped a bottle of Asphalt sealer on our family room rug. When we tried to blot it, it behaved like ink, running to adjoining fibers. We thought we would have to replace the entire carpet. I remembered a friend having a similar situation a couple of years ago. I called her and asked her who she used to get the stains out. She whole-heartedly said Chem-Dry and recommended them highly. I called (around 4:50 on Saturday afternoon). My call was answered promptly and courteously. I was told that the minimum call out charge was $99.95 and they could came the following Saturday to see if they could get the stains out. We covered up the stains with a big towel so we didn't have to look at them, because the sight made both my husband and I upset. We received a call couple days before their visit to identify the technician who would be working on our job and given a window when he would arrive. We were told he would call us shortly before he was to arrive. Sure enough, Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m., Keith called to say he would be here in 15 minutes. Keith was courteous, professional, and explained what he was going to do. Within 1/2 hour, our carpet showed no signs of stain. He was able to get every spot out. We could not have been more grateful nor more satisfied. A few days later, we received a follow up call to see if we were completely happy with their service. Of course, we said yes! We would highly recommend Chem-Dry and would call them again without hesitation. more

I have used this company for numerous carpet cleanings, grout cleaning and I have had my kitchen cabinets brought back to their original beauty thru Nuance. I have been totally satisfied each time I have used this company. Jason was my tech,along with Fabian the owner, I will continue to use them for any future work. more

This is the second year that I have used ChemDry in my home and Jason has been the "expert" that certainly knows his stuff! My new carpet that was installed last fall, had become dull and stained with coffee, etc. Jason came in and did an amazing job - as always. He takes the time to explain everything and qualifies why he is suggesting certain processes. The man truly knows his stuff. He handled my area rugs with care, and he's even dog-friendly! more

We first found out about Chem-Dry Tri City form our friends. We needed our carpets cleaned. We've since used them for two more jobs. We had them in to clean our hardwood floors and then again to clean our kitchen cabinets. They are always friendly and easy to work with. They are reliable and professional. Their prices are fair although not inexpensive. We'd definitely use them again! more
