Review content:
I was very happy with the cleaning but there were a few areas that I wished it could have been just a bit cleaner. I know that they were in a high traffic area but the wall to wall are only 2 years old and we don't have too much wear. I was really hoping that you couldn't see the spots but I can somewhat. That was a bit disappointing.
I must say, though, the technician was very polite and helpful. He worked quickly and carefully and I was grateful for that.
