Gilmore's Auto Service is one of the few auto services I have found that is really good at diagnostics. They saved one of my cars from death and figured out the problem when no one else could fix it. I got 10 extra years out of that car, which lasted a total of 20 years, because of Gilmore's Auto Service.
I have been using Gilmore's for over 10 years now and they have worked on 3 different cars for me. They are honest and straightforward...I trust them implicitly. They do what they say and they know what they are doing. If I bring the car in and nothing is wrong, they do not charge me for it.
Most auto shops do not have people that are as qualified as the mechanics at Gilmore's in terms of diagnosing what is wrong with your car. For example, when I had a leak in the condenser, which is part of the radiator, other places I went to just kept refilling the fluid. Gilmore's actually found the leak and solved the problem.
At Gilmore's, you can actually talk to the person who is working on your car. You get it from the horse's mouth. They are head and shoulders above any other auto service shop I have used.
