Review content:
I have been using Hansen's Auto Repair for 43 years now because of their high-quality work. They never make mistakes, their rates are reasonable, and they are easy to work with and to schedule appointments with.
Hansen's is considered Madison's leading independent garage. I have been way more than satisfied with the work they have done for me over the years.
One year, when I called them on Christmas eve, Don came out to my home in a blizzard to fix my car. He was able to fix it in the driveway so that I could get to my parents' house in Arkansas for the holiday.
Another time, I had a 1955 Buick convertible that I was planning to drive my daughter in to her wedding. The night before the wedding, it died by the side of the road and, again, I called Hansen's. Don was able to get a parts dealer to open up that night so that he could get what he needed to fix it. He also stayed at the shop until 8 p.m., waiting for me to pick it up.
Don's son, who runs the shop now, is just as good. I have already recommended Hansen's more than 30 times. They are first-rate in every respect.
