I first heard about Hansen's Auto Repair in my previous work life, as a sales rep for an engine and transmission company. Hansen's was a customer of mine and, in dealing with them, I got to know their business, just as I got to know other auto shops in southwestern Wisconsin.
Hansen's Auto Repair is the one I chose to send my cars to because I knew exactly how they dealt with people. I knew that they had a great deal of integrity in establishing what their customers' needs are and servicing those needs fully.
Building trust with a client is so important, and Hansen's can be trusted implicitly. They tell me what needs to be done with my vehicle and they offer different options for me to consider. I appreciate that they always let me know before they do any repairs, so there are no surprises when the work is completed.
Hansen's has worked on all of my vehicles, from my Ford F-150 Pickup to my BMV, which was a complicated foreign job. They have serviced them all very well.
You can count on Hansen's to get it right. Everything is done properly the first time. They are priced fairly as well and, from a value standpoint, they cannot be touched.
