Review content:
The service at Craig Johnson Automotive is phenomenal. I have a motor home, and I had to buy a part for an air conditioning unit. I went to the local Ford dealer, figuring that it would be the place to buy the part, and asked who they would recommend. They said Craig, and when I asked why they said that Craig has never returned a part. When I asked why that was a good thing they said it is because Craig knows what part to order.
Since then we have taken all our family cars there, and when they analyze something they know what they are doing. We are absolutely more than pleased with Craig Johnson Automotive. It has been a few years now that we have taken all our cars, trucks, and the motor home there. I don't go anywhere else beside Craig's.
The shop has absolutely everything you need, and the employees are extremely polite. No matter what problem I have I take in, and they know what to order to fix it right the first time. I have never had to go back. It is a pleasure to go there. No one enjoys getting their car fixed, but believe it or not, it is almost a fun trip going to Craig's.
