Thank you!!! The first transmission shop I went to in Greensboro told me I would have to pay $1400 to rebuild my transmission. Because I am (sadly) familiar with getting car work done, I took it to Cottmans for that classic second opinion. Not only did they let me know that they would never be able to *properly* rebuild a Saturn transmission for only $1400, but they also did a free inspection and found out that the only problem was a leak of fluid. For a fraction of my original fear, Jody and team replaced the transmission pan, fluid and filter, and got me and my husband on the road for our Thanksgiving vacation. Thank you for the honesty and genuine, humane service, guys! Cookies all around!
