I was very impressed with the service I received from JM Electric. The service manager was polite and professional, and scheduled an electrician to come to my house within two days. The time he quoted me was right on, showing good communications within the company. The day of the service, the electrician called to say he would be there in 15 minutes, and he arrived exactly 15 minutes later. No 4-hour window, or waiting and wondering if they would show up.
The electrician provided a full estimate for the work to be performed and got started immediately. The quality of service was excellent, and the electrician explained everything that he was doing and why. Overall, I was perfectly satisfied with my experience and will definitely use JM Electric again, and recommend them to anyone I know who needs electrical work done.
