When I called J M Electric just to describe the issue I was having, I spoke to Justin and he was very polite on the phone. We were having our basement remodeled and the wiring in the crawl space looked like an explosion had gone off, I wasn't sure if it had been done well. He set up an appointment and was very nice on the phone. Justin called, and identified himself very nicely, to let me know that there was a change in technicians, and Wes that would be the tech coming to my house, he even described the color van he'd be in which was a really nice level of service. Wes phoned to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself and identified himself. He had on shoe covers and was very friendly. We talked about what I needed done. He got to work right away, and didn't mess around. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he needed to do to remedy the problem. He was clear and broke down everything from the work he would do to the cost of the work. Wes was able to get the job done quickly and the work was done well. He had a high degree of professionalism throughout the job. I was trained in the AT&T school of old fashioned customer service, and that's exactly what this company is bringing back. I appreciated how easy and nice they were to work with. This review is not trumped up at all, this was how my experience with them went! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody!
