Review content:
The installation was excellent. I got their name from someone I work with, and I would have otherwise never heard of Floors By Design. The gentleman who came out looked over the situation and provided input and feedback about what I might like. He was a very nice person and very professional. I then went to their business place to pick out some samples myself. And they only think that was a little different is that I received no contact after that point. But, I spoke to someone who knows them personally, and they got the ball rolling again.
The installation and quality of the work was excellent, but getting them
to service me was not as smooth as it could have been.
